We are currently hiring for the following opportunities:

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented HVAC service technician to maintain and repair our customers’ HVAC systems. The HVAC service technician will assist with repairing and calibrating systems, and replacing various components such as transformers, thermostats, and compressors.

You will diagnose problems, relay costs to customers, and offer alternative solutions. To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort should be your top priorities. Ideal candidates will be patient and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Cleaning, adjusting and repairing HVAC systems
  • Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment
  • Performing routine preventative maintenance
  • Fixing, replacing and adjusting vents, and ductwork
  • Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
  • Responding to emergency maintenance requests

As our Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients, partners, and team members.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • First Impressions: Greet visitors and clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
  • Phone Etiquette: Handle incoming calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments or taking messages accurately.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of service appointments, installations, and maintenance visits, optimizing technician availability and customer convenience.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Customer Relations: Address client inquiries, provide information about our services, and handle any concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Coordination: Work closely with our service technicians and administrative team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a welcoming attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient with basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles is a plus.
